The alphanumeric component contains information of land parcels, servitudes, townships, sectional title schemes, survey records and beacon agreements.
A project to capture over 2 million diagrams and 36,000 general plans (Project Broom) ended at the end of July 2000.
This data, once imported into the CIS Oracle database, will be used extensively in automated quality control and cleanup of the Miracle spatial data. This data will also provide the intelligence to the Cadastral Information System.
