Approval System

A new approval system has been implemented in all Surveyor-General offices. When new documents are approved this system is used to write the relevant information to the database and to activate certain processes in the data.

This system will send e-mail notifications to those Surveyors who have e-mail facilities as soon as a document has been approved or not approved. The system will automatically generate a letter that will be faxed to those surveyors who do not have e-mail facilities.
